The Board of Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors was created to help protect the public from unqualified and incompetent contractors who provide inadequate, unsafe, or inferior services. If you have a complaint against a heating & a/c contractor who performed work in your home or business you may download a form and submit it to this office. We will then assign it to an investigator who will later contact you concerning your complaint. Remember, all complaints must be in writing before we can assign an investigator to your case.
